I found the hotel's location to be pretty much inside the city just a throw away from the national highway, recommended for families with kids, and convenient if you're traveling between Hyderabad and Bangalore. The ambiance of the reception area appeared unexciting, but it is close to Kurnool Railway Station.

The rooms in the new wing were not soundproof, and it was a tad disappointing to find stained sheets and towels.

The service department was very good and responsive. They literally wiped down all the floorboards on each floor every morning and were quick in handling our requests.
